Katrina Kaif is not on ‘Twitter’ or ‘Facebook’

A few days back it came out that Katrina Kaif wrote on Twitter that Salman is quite lazy. Now, it has been revealed that it is not Kaif in real but someone else who has been impersonating her.

Katrina Kaif, who is shooting in Bhopal at present, expresses her annoyance saying, “Something has to be done to stop this sort of vandalism. I am not on Twitter or any other social networking website. I plan to start my own website by the end of the year.”

“I don’t think it’s cool to let people know where I am, or what I’m doing throughout the day. I’m not on any of the social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook. I guess my life is not an open Facebook,” she adds with disgust.

Katrina plans to start her website called ‘katrinakaifofficial.com’ to keep in touch with her fans and intends that other websites using her pictures and quotes without proper consent would have to face legal consequences.

About her website, she says, “I don’t want this to be something I start and then leave to others to take care of. Of course, there will be professional employed to oversee my website. But I’ll picking and choosing all the material and pictures that go into it.”

“My website will be comprehensive. It will have my exclusive pictures. In fact I’ll be doing photo sessions done specially by me. It will also have pictures taken by me on my sets and on location. My website will be fun, feisty, bubbly and colorful, to go with my image,” she adds.

Ranbir Kapoor believes in quiet celebrations

As Ranbir Kapoor turns 27, he has double reasons to celebrate as his birthday week will also see his much-awaited film ‘Wake Up Sid’ hit the screens. However, Ranbir does not believe in partying hard for his B’day and he intends to keep the celebration very quiet and subtle.

Elaborating on his birthday plans, Ranbir said, “I will be having a quiet dinner with my parents. My sister Riddhima and my brother-in-law Bharat are traveling this year. I’m a shy guy and I normally like having an intimate celebration rather than something ostentatious.”

He adds, “I’m not one of those guys for surprise parties. I feel awkward. I have no idea what Deepika has planned for me. I haven’t seen her for a few days because I have been in Bhopal and she was in Mumbai. However, I hope it isn’t too big a surprise because even she knows how reserved I am.”

Of course, he does not forget to mention his forthcoming release and says, “The best gift I can ask for this year is that everyone goes to see my film. I don’t know how to hardsell myself or my film but I can surely request people to see it.”

First Look of ‘Kurbaan’: Too hot to handle….

They appeared together in ‘Omkara’ and ‘Tashan’, but this time the Saifeena couple has created stirs even before their flick ‘Kurbaan’ hits the screen. This Rensil D’Silva’s directed movie set for release on November 27 is based on terrorism. Saif Ali Khan and Om Puri play the roles of terrorists and Bebo will play Saif’s love interest.

The film is more in news because of the hot love making scene between Saif and Kareena. Even the first look of the film unveiled by Dharma Productions shows the couple with a bare back scene. In a recent interview Kareena stated that the movie was very special to her and the script required the scene. So, she had no hesitation shooting it.

Katrina Kaif is an expert in performing stunts

This hidden side of Katrina was revealed on the sets of Rajkumar Santoshi’s ‘Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani’ where during a shoot in Goa, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif had to get off from a jet ski onto a ladder hanging from a 200 ft overhead bridge. Where this Barbie Doll of tinsel town completed her stunt at an amazing speed, Ranbir was struggling with the same. In fact, Ranbir was so amazed and surprised by Katrina’s ability to do the stunt that he nicknamed her as ‘Rambo ki sister Sambo’.

“Katrina was so good in the action scenes that I actually named her ‘Rambo ki sister Sambo,” said Ranbir.

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif: Parting ways?

‘Kanjeevaram’, under the direction of Priyadarshan, won the award for the best film and also the best actor for Prakash Jha at the 55th National Film Awards. The unit threw a celebration party on Tuesday evening and a host of celebrities joined in the success bash despite the sudden heavy downpour. The eminent guest list included Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Chunkey Pandey, Urvashi Sharma, Sameera Reddy, Om Puri and Paresh Rawal.

However, what caught our attention was the fact that Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif arrived separately for the party. While Katrina was accompanied by designer Rocky S., Salman came in a separate car. So do we sniff another splitville here?
